Are there really zero meetings?

Yes. We operate 100% asynchronously. Eliminating status calls and kickoff meetings saves hours every week—allowing us to spend all our time actually designing and building your product. All updates, reviews, and design handovers are delivered via recorded Loom walk-throughs.

3. Billing, Pausing & Cancellation

How does the "Pause" feature work?

We know design needs fluctuate. If you only have 10 days worth of design work right now, hit pause in your customer portal once the work is complete.

Your 31-day billing cycle freezes instantly. The remaining 21 unused days stay banked in your account indefinitely, ready to use whenever you need another sprint.
